What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create technical hardware sets and specifications for new construction projects and aftermarket requests
- Provide solutions to architects regarding product application requirements
- Participate in pre and post-installation meetings, assisting with revisions and access control coordination
- Communicate strategic project information to the sales team and maintain two-way communication with project stakeholders
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and adapt to changes in the marketplace
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-10 years of industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electronic solutions preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated experience influencing others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CDT Credential preferred
- Continuing education in progress towards attaining AHC credential through DHI
- DHT certification preferred
- Intermediate understanding of electricity and electronic components
- Experience with CRM and Specification Writing software
