What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting grant proposals in accordance with sponsor and institutional guidelines
- Support principal investigators (PIs) in drafting, assembling, and routing proposals to ensure compliance with formatting and content requirements
- Facilitate communication with sponsors and respond to requests as necessary
- Manage non-financial post-award reporting and compliance
- Oversee operational systems that support both externally funded and intramural awards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research administration, proposal development, or grants management, preferably in a healthcare or academic environment
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Certified Research Administrator (CRA) credential
- Experience with grants management systems and proposal platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in research settings
- Previous experience in pediatric healthcare research
