What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the day-to-day operational management of a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments
- Maintain and update loan-level tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Monitor borrower reporting and compliance, escalating issues as necessary
- Assist with loan administration activities, including funding requests and escrow disbursements
- Coordinate data collection and documentation transfer for new investments and loan modifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a similar business-related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate, credit, fund operations, or loan servicing
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workflows and deadlines
- High attention to detail with experience in complex loan documentation
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Real Estate or Finance
- Prior experience with Argus and third-party research databases such as CoStar and Capital IQ
- A keen interest in learning new financial tools and technologies
