      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline
      - Manage a list of major accounts, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
      - Meet or exceed revenue targets by employing effective sales strategies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
      - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and engage in direct client meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years direct field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
      - Ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)
      - Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative and value-based approach
      - Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in enhancing legal department operations
      - Ability to develop and execute an account plan while managing the entire sales cycle independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - Experience in the corporate sector is advantageous
      - Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
      - Eager to refine sales strategies and enhance the sales team culture
      - Comfortable working with teams across different departments
