What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and achieve strategic objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of account management and/or marketing experience, preferably in real estate or related fields
- Proven success in a consultative selling and/or account management environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned sales region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on virtual field sales account teams
- Competence in handling difficult customer issues with conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with the home warranty industry and related services
