      Position Summary:

      Supplylogix is our pharmacy inventory management solutions maximize the supply chain capabilities of thousands of pharmacies across in the United States.

      In this position responsibility includes day to account management of large, complex, retail and/or health system customers. The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for the overall relationship and customer experience for their assigned customers. The Sr. Account Executive serves as a strategic partner for customers both internal and external and delivers the voice of customer back to key partners to improve the overall customer experience.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Day to day customer management, including high profile key account, providing consultation and optimization work.

      • Member of the account management team. Gather voice of customer, aids in prioritization of software enhancements.

      • Business review preparation (data collection, consolidation)

      • Serves as mentor for jr. level account managers.

      • Documentation and miscellaneous

      Minimum Requirements

      7+ years of relevant experience.

      Critical Skills

      • 7 years of account management, vendor management and/or customer relations experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

      • Strong experience of business case preparation and presentation.

      • Proven experience leading information gathering sessions with external customers and deliver results to product management group.

      • Must have strong executive presence.

      • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.

      • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)

      • Ability to work independently to manage customers.

      • Project management experience.

      Additional Skills

      • Consultative experience in a pharmaceutical setting.

      • Strong preference to strong mentorship/leadership experience.

      • Familiarity with sales demos.

      • Ability to work in a highly collaborative setting on cross functional projects.

      Education

      • 4-year undergraduate degree required and/or equivalent work experience in the pharmacy industry

      • PharmD, RPh or CPhT preferred

      Physical Requirements

      • USA Remote role

      • General Office environment

      • Travel less than 15%.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $83,100 - $138,500
