What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
- Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)
- Minimum of 7 years direct field sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative and value-based approach
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed (25-50% travel required)
