      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
      - Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact through account planning and deal closure
      - Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
      - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and engage in direct client meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
      - Ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)
      - Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative and value-based approach
      - Strong commitment to the company's mission and understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations
      - Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently from initiation to closure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - Experience in the corporate sector and familiarity with leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
      - Eagerness to help refine sales strategies and enhance team culture
