      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a profitable agency force familiar with the employer's initiatives, products, policies, and services
      - Make consistent underwriting decisions and adhere to company pricing philosophies
      - Monitor agency results and ensure compliance with company initiatives and policies
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with agents and corporate departments
      - Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for risk improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience
      - Proven track record in achieving business goals and results
      - Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business software
      - Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - 4 years of experience in agency management and rating
      - 3 years of experience in claims and loss control inspections
