      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the employer and agents while managing relationships with agents and corporate departments
      - Develop a profitable agency force familiar with the employer’s initiatives, products, policies, and services
      - Conduct training and mentoring for agents and their staff on underwriting, sales, and information technology
      - Monitor agency results and ensure compliance with the employer's initiatives and procedures
      - Perform inspections and make risk improvement recommendations, documenting findings accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience
      - Proven track record in achieving business goals and results-oriented performance
      - Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business-related software
      - Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - 4 years of Agency Management experience
      - 3 years of experience in claims or loss control inspections
