      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the employer and agents, managing relationships effectively
      - Develop a profitable agency force familiar with the employer's initiatives and products
      - Conduct training for agents and their staff on underwriting, sales, and technology
      - Monitor agency results for growth, profitability, and compliance with company policies
      - Perform inspections and provide recommendations for risk improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in achieving business goals and results orientation
      - Minimum of 6 years of underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business software
      - Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - 4 years of experience in Agency Management and rating
      - 3 years of experience in Claims and loss control-inspection
