      Acxiom is looking for a Sr. Agency Partnership Manager to evaluate, negotiate and manage new strategic business partnerships across the Healthcare vertical.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Incorporates Acxiom’s business and/or product requirements into successful partnering engagements, from planning through selection, negotiation, and implementation
      • Defines vision, strategies, and tactics
      • Develops domain expertise and key external relationships, and exercises thought leadership
      • Coordinates across the Acxiom organization to involve critical functions in partnerships and to resolve internal conflict to accomplish partnership goals
      • Creates proposals, contracts, partnership plans, and partnership updates as needed, working independently with internal counsel and business stakeholders
      • Owns and manages administrative responsibilities related to partnerships: ensuring delivery of assets to or from partners, resolving internal issues implementing partnerships, managing of invoices sent or received, contract administration etc.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Pharmaceutical/Direct to Consumer media execution/strategy experience
      • Healthcare media execution/strategy experience
      • Strong understanding of media marketing mix; advantages/disadvantages for each channel
      • Knowledge of Healthcare measurement solutions options and approach
      • Some knowledge of Acxiom organization and core business
      • Quantitative Skills, some knowledge of financial management: budgeting, forecasts, accounting
      • Excellent communication skills written and interpersonal
      • Project Management experience
      • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
      • Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products

      Travel %: Up to 20%

      Salary: $117,500 - $153,000. Please note, where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, location, pertinent experience, and qualifications.”
