      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, components, and frameworks to meet business requirements
      - Conduct requirements analysis to determine design feasibility and plan technical implementation
      - Configure and test software applications and systems to enhance functionality, performance, and reliability
      - Write, debug, and review high-quality code while tracking and resolving production issues
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application development, technical requirements, and quality assurance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
      - Four (4) years of experience in software development or a related occupation
      - Experience with Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
      - Proficiency in traditional relational data warehouse technologies such as Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL, or DB2
      - Knowledge of object-oriented JavaScript and software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects
      - Familiarity with JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
      - Skilled in developing backend services and performing code reviews
      - Ability to design data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases
