      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate market data and trends to assess the competitiveness of compensation programs and provide recommendations
      - Analyze and model data for annual bonuses and incentive programs
      - Prepare policy documentation and clarify policy issues as needed
      - Facilitate and process compensation events such as merit increases and wage adjustments
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards governing compensation programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation, with knowledge of retail processes
      - At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, database analytics, and financial analysis
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personal employee information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or related field
      - Certified Compensation Professional designation
