What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain accurate information on claims databases, ensuring timely updates
- Load and maintain contract, benefit, or reference table information into the claim payment system
- Participate in defect resolution and assist in developing configuration standards and best practices
- Support planning and coordination of application upgrades and releases, including test plan execution
- Assist in the implementation and conversion of new and existing health plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in SQL, Medicare, Networx, QNXT, claims processing, and hospital claims payment methods
- Knowledge of Medicare payment methods and hospital claims processing
- Familiarity with Medicare fee schedules
- Experience in Medicaid and Duals is highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in the healthcare claims field
- Experience with Medicaid and Duals is preferred
