      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the execution of asset-backed structured products transactions, including structuring, cash flow modeling, and deal documentation
      - Perform in-depth portfolio analysis across consumer and merchant loan products to support funding strategy and risk assessment
      - Assist in preparing offering memoranda, investor presentations, and internal investment committee materials
      - Develop tools and models to monitor loan-level performance and transaction performance over time
      - Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction execution and ongoing surveillance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, capital markets, credit risk, or related fields
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field
      - Solid understanding of structured finance products, particularly ABS, and familiarity with securitization structures
      - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Intex, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience directly supporting ABS structuring, warehouse financing facilities, or whole-loan transactions
      - Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data tools for managing and analyzing large datasets
      - Demonstrated track record of presenting complex analyses to senior executives and external stakeholders
      - Collaborative mindset, with proven ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment
