      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare monthly analysis of financial results compared to budgets and forecasts
      - Provide overall financial oversight and monitoring for specific entities
      - Collaborate with various teams on budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance
      - Participate in the preparation of regulatory reports and maintain statistical data for third-party reimbursements
      - Support operational leadership with financial analysis and variance reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of three years of general accounting and financial operations experience
      - Familiarity with PeopleSoft/Oracle and Epic preferred, with strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
      - Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
      - Experience in healthcare and/or multi-entity systems or public accounting
      - Previous experience in preparing third-party cost reports
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax issues and filings
      - Ability to present financial reports to senior leadership and board members
