What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Manage broker entry reporting, including report creation and overseeing daily broker operations
- Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms for accurate customs reporting and actionable insights
- Conduct compliance checks, audits, and monitor documentation for robust recordkeeping
- Provide custom reporting and analysis on tariffs, duty costs, and spending trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations
- Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
