What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses to answer critical business questions related to the employee lifecycle
- Analyze survey data to provide key insights on employee and patient experience
- Support the execution of Strategic Workforce Planning projects
- Conduct job analysis interviews and focus groups
- Support job analysis and assessment activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
- 3+ years of working experience in HR analytics or analytical consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau, and at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in I/O consulting or HR analytics
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or analytical tools
