What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and develop instructional strategies
- Design, develop, and support the implementation of engaging learning materials
- Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analysis to identify learning objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials and programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an instructional designer, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technology
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
