      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and develop instructional strategies
      - Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules and multimedia assets
      - Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analysis to identify learning objectives
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
      - Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials based on learner feedback and industry trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
      - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience as an instructional designer, preferably in the healthcare industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
      - Experience with graphic design and multimedia development tools
      - Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
