      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, test, maintain, validate, and document SAS programs for clinical and non-clinical projects
      - Serve as the primary project team representative and delegate work as appropriate
      - Generate SDTM domains, ADaM data sets, and Define.xml files, and ensure consistency across programs
      - Provide programming support for regulatory agencies and internal/external ad-hoc requests
      - Train and mentor new programmers while participating in the development of departmental procedures and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline and 4+ years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry as a statistical programmer
      - At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
      - Strong programming skills in SAS (Base, Stat, Macro, graph), R, or similar
      - Knowledge of industry standards such as ICH guidelines and CDISC data structures
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines with high accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline
      - Strong knowledge of relational databases and complex data systems
      - Experience with project management and training lower-level team members
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
      - Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
