What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced system-level support for multi-user clinical or financial applications, including installation, configuration, and end-user support
- Collaborate with project leaders on planning and executing projects to meet established deadlines
- Promote excellent customer service while educating and training staff on current applications
- Adapt to changing customer or organizational expectations and implement new approaches as necessary
- Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to business or clinical challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and healthcare or a related industry
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to accept feedback and support team goals
- In-depth understanding of application support and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with TecSys WMS, SCM, DM modules, and related technologies
- Experience with SQL and Relational Databases at a medium skill level
- Knowledge of PowerBI/PowerApps and advanced Excel for data analysis
- Experience in project management concepts and methodologies
- Background in server patching and maintenance
