About this role

The Ecommerce Catalog Specialist will be a key contributing member of the Kidde Ecommerce team leading a focus on catalog maintenance and digital shelf processes, from launch of new products to ensuring PDP content accuracy and delivery. This role will build strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders within the North American Ecommerce & Omnichannel sales, Marketing and Agency Partner teams as an expert in retailer shelf requirements and develop a scaled approach to deliver best-in-class digital shelf across Ecommerce & Omnichannel retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the digital shelf expert for Kidde products; ensuring that Kidde has best-in-class Product Detail Page (PDPs) on Ecommerce retail platforms.
• Utilize third-party vendors to create and manage alerts of content inaccuracies on PDP's including missing offer, content changes, variation breaks, and missing imagery.
• Act as a defender of the Kidde brand in monitoring 3P sellers & compliance issues that affect content removal or changes; utilize Amazon Brand Protection Programs (Brand Registry, Brand Gating, Transparency) in managing the gateway for 3P sellers.
• Be an expert in retailer shelf requirements and develop a scaled approach to deliver best-in-class digital shelf across retailers. Ensure that the content is fully executed at the PDP level & that the narrative/editorial approach is 100% best-in-class on the digital shelf & provides an engaging experience that leads to conversion.
• Ability to demonstrate & strategically apply Ecommerce industry and cross-category knowledge & expertise in implementing digital shelf best practices.
• Plans and executes new item setup process as new items are launched online and ensure all visual and written content are presenting to brand guidelines
• Addresses MAP violations along with periodic List Price audits of Ecommerce and ensuring conformation and compliance to pricing policy
• Monitor returns/damages for Ecommerce issues and addresses concerns with Product Management/Quality Control Team
• Analyze content scorecards through digital shelf analytics tool and brand is maintaining best-in-class scores on product content, share of search, reviews, and content compliance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree
• 2+ years' of experience working in eCommerce, online merchandising/marketing, or website management

• Ability to precisely communicate, orally and in writing innovative business solutions to customers and leadership
• Ability to independently set priorities and proactively identify issues, underlying problems, magnitude of situation and potential solutions and developing a plan of action
• Vendor Central experience a plus but not required
