What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the full recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates to extending offers of employment
- Manage recruitment platforms and agency partnerships for effective hiring
- Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives and volunteer events
- Conduct HR operations including hiring, employment changes, and terminations using ADP Workforce Now
- Provide guidance on organizational policies and procedures to employees and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of related HR experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and MS Office
- Strong understanding of current federal, state, and local employment laws
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with ATS systems
- HR Certification through HRCI or SHRM
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in HR matters
- Previous experience in employee engagement initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on relationship-building
