What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute talent acquisition strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and maintain a strong network of diverse candidates through various sourcing methods
- Conduct initial recruiter screenings and facilitate interview debriefs with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current U.S. work authorization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment or professional services
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in professional services environments, specifically with the Oracle, CRM, and Workday ecosystems
- Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep sourcing and candidate pipeline building expertise
- Experience in change management and driving consensus in processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, LinkedIn, Seekout, and Boolean internet research
- AIRS or other HR certifications
