The Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in our BI team, leveraging their extensive experience and expertise to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a consultant mindset. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis, particularly in BI and data visualization projects, and will be responsible for creating wireframes, mockups, specifications, and requirements documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage BI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Gather, review, and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Create wireframes, mockups, specifications, and requirements documents to guide development efforts.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information.
• Utilize PowerBI to build reports, wireframe mockups, and validate data.
• Conduct data analysis and validation using SQL and other data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• pply industry knowledge in supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sectors to inform project decisions.
• Provide strategic insights and problem-solving expertise to drive project success.
• Maintain a balance between business and IT perspectives, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on BI and data visualization projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of PowerBI, data visualization, and SQL.
• Proven experience in creating wireframes, mockups, specifications, and requirements documents.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a consultant mindset.About the company
