What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert-level BIM support and training to Design Technology Team members and studio staff
- Assist in organizing and implementing discipline-specific BIM standards and best practices
- Manage and implement BIM processes, workflows, and efficiencies for overall organizational refinement
- Analyze discipline-specific metrics to identify training and workflow enhancement needs
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) articles related to processes and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted
- Professional and advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) required
- Minimum of 9 years of A/E industry experience
- At least 5 years of experience utilizing BIM processes on A/E projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a reliable work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite, Civil 3D, and Revit MEP and Structural Systems
- Familiarity with Navisworks Manage, Forma, Testfit, Dynamo, and 3D Point Cloud scanning
- Experience with CTC BIM Tools and other Revit Add-ins
- Involvement in creating internal/external marketing content
