What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the process of virtually constructing a building and documenting design contracts from construction documents to record drawing submittals
- Conduct BIM planning and ensure collaboration, coordination, and accuracy on all projects
- Provide quality assurance and quality control for BIM processes and standards
- Lead project production efforts in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Mentor junior BIM Specialists and Designers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree in a related field or Technical Certificate in Drafting; Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is a plus
- Minimum four to five years of experience in the AEC industry, specifically with large-scale and complex projects
- Proficient in Autodesk products, including Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, and AutoCAD
- Experience with Bluebeam Studio and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Autodesk Certificate(s) to demonstrate expertise in relevant software
- Familiarity with BIM processes and participation in related forums or user groups
- Experience working with various discipline teams such as architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and security systems
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others in a team setting
