      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of analysis specifications and conduct analyses for Real World Data (RWD) research
      - Ensure quality standards and methodological rigor across projects through patient cohort development and validation of key variables
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
      - Communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders effectively
      - Develop best practices and standards for statistical programming and observational research methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field with 5-8 years of relevant post-graduation experience, or PhD with 3+ years post-graduation experience
      - Advanced expertise in statistical programming (R, SAS, SQL, Python) and observational research methods
      - Proven ability to lead projects autonomously in a matrix environment
      - Comprehensive experience with healthcare data sources and analysis
      - Strong track record of managing priorities and performance targets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in oncology observational studies and familiarity with programming logic in lines of therapy
      - Knowledge of cloud-based SQL and experience with clinico-genomic multi-modal data or population biobank data
      - Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other graphics tools
      - Experience with health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) methodologies
      - Comfort with multitasking and working in a matrix environment
