      Beloved by consumers and celebrities alike, Sacs are the heart of the Lovesac brand and the part of our business that drives cultural relevance. As our Sr Brand Manager of Sacs, you will be responsible for the development and management of the Sacs brand and innovation pipeline. You will partner with insights and product development teams to develop future ideas/concepts to a point where they are viable consumer products. You will serve as the voice of the customer, owning the customer experience across all marketing channels and through every point of the customer journey. The ability to lead and leverage sales data, customer insights, and market trends in order to guide the business forward is critical for success in this role.

      This position is considered remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must reside in the United States and should have the ability to travel as needed.

      Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:

      • Drive the Sacs brand vision and strategy through strong brand team and cross-functional leadership skill and the embodiment of our company’s core values.
      • Lead the development of Sacs’ annual operating plan and business objectives, informed by robust insights data, a strong learning agenda, and in-depth competitive analyses.
      • Meet or exceed all company goals and brand key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on both financial and brand health metrics.
      • Own long-term brand health and goal attainment through positioning, product strategy and roadmap development, and on-time product launches that ensure in-market product integrity.
      • Collaborate with consumer insights team to develop research plans that drive a deep understanding of our customer journey and purchase drivers and identify whitespace opportunities in our innovation roadmap.
      • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Showroom teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic understanding of the customer with appropriate prioritization of focus to maximize our ability to build value through the entire customer experience.
      • Lead cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Product Development and Production & Sourcing, to progress new product innovations and initiatives from discovery through commercialization using Lovesac's stage gate processes.
      • Continuously evaluate base business performance to inform short and long-term business strategies and plans to achieve planned goals.
      • Support test and learn agenda to gain greater understanding of consumer demands in a dynamic and changing marketplace.
      • Develop communication strategy and calendar and support cross-functional teams in driving key brand communications across e-commerce, retail touchpoints, and paid advertising.
      • Be a student of pop culture, staying close to current and future trends, to support Sacs and Lovesac masterbrand relevance and excitement among our target consumers.
      • Perform any other duties as requested by management.

      Qualifications


      Requirements & Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      • Minimum 7 years of related Brand Marketing work experience, ideally within a CPG organization.
      • Superior strategic thinking and planning.
      • Experience managing at least one direct report.
      • Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation and creative solutions.
      • Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
      • Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment.
      • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
      • Must take accountability and responsibility for your actions.
      • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
      • Must have superior communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues and make effective decisions.
      • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
      • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
      • Must work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times.
      • Proficiency required in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
      • Must comply with the standards, policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook.
      • Must be capable of using and operating all equipment as required, including but not limited to: iPad, laptop, etc. Be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor or in our warehouse.
      • Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for occasional one-day or multi-day meetings and conferences using various forms of transportation.
      • Our customers have the opportunity to shop with us seven days a week and select positions may require availability outside of normal weekday hours.
