What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business challenges and recommend strategic or tactical solutions based on data
- Assist in developing and testing product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and help build insights for new customer experiences
- Create risk models and test hypotheses to enhance credit performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 1 year of experience in analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quantitative orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Statistics
- 1+ years of experience in statistical model building
- 1+ years of experience in market research
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
