      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business and technical requirements
      - Manage work items in Azure Boards, ensuring traceability and adhering to DevOps workflows
      - Translate Dynamics 365 modules into business functionality and support configuration decisions
      - Participate in agile ceremonies and define UAT strategy while guiding end-users through testing
      - Assist in change initiatives and develop training resources to support successful adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including creating work items and managing CI/CD pipelines
      - 2-5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and/or F&O implementations
      - Familiarity with BPMN and Visio for requirements and process modeling
      - Experience in agile environments, especially SAFe and Scrum
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in Dynamics 365 modules
      - Practical experience using tools such as Miro or Figma for wireframes
      - Proven ability to lead the end-to-end UAT process, including test planning and execution
