What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration processes
- Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Utilize the Contract Repository for supplier contract storage and administration
- Conduct evaluations of preferred supplier relationship management programs
- Generate metrics and reports to support client and account expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent
- Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic sourcing processes and e-tools such as Supplier Administration and e-Sourcing
- Proven ability to develop and communicate supplier processes and procedures
- Strong self-motivation and independent problem-solving skills
