What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide client users on the employer's Insights business intelligence platform to navigate the system and interpret results
- Leverage proprietary consumer panel data to deliver analytical insights and recommendations to clients
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of employer data, solutions, and competitive differentiators
- Present findings on consumer behaviors in various industry forums, articles, and other publications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted business partner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Desired experience in Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, or Shopper & Consumer Insights
- Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (Nielsen and/or IRI)
- Working knowledge of enterprise software applications for the retail and consumer goods industries
- Proven analytic skills in conceptualizing, analyzing, and deriving insights from data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Business Intelligence software such as Microstrategy, Tableau, QlikView, or Business Objects
- Strong presentation skills, particularly in customer-facing situations
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner
