      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish, manage, and meet milestones of clinical studies in compliance with regulatory standards
      - Participate in the design and execution of global studies for regulatory submissions and product adoption
      - Interface with cross-functional teams and contract research organizations (CROs) to drive product development
      - Manage key study investigators and maintain strong relationships with medical advisors and clinical leaders
      - Evaluate clinical and adverse event data, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the study process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical research
      - Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulations
      - Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with proficient knowledge of medical terminology
      - Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
      - High attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong organizational and prioritization skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ACRP or SOCRA clinical research certification
      - Experience in finance and budgeting related to clinical studies
      - Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
      - Proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
      - Proactive and adaptable attitude in fast-paced environments
