What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits for Phase I - IV studies, adhering to ICH GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements
- Confirm investigator adherence to protocols and maintain study documentation throughout the study lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, fostering strong relationships with site staff
- Assist in the development of study-related trackers and monitoring tools, ensuring quality and integrity of clinical data
- Support Clinical Operations staff and participate in department initiatives to enhance operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in science, medical health, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of five years of clinical monitoring experience in the Pharmaceutical/CRO industry
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and applicable regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good clinical and therapeutic knowledge with an understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical professional with experience in clinical research
- Experience in oncology and/or rare disease clinical research
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
