What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to achieve sales and customer service objectives
- Manage projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies and best practices
- Coach and review the work of lower-level specialists and provide guidance to team members
- Communicate effectively with senior internal and external customers to influence decision-making
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance job area performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field; or
- Associate's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field; or
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field
- Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and experience
- Practical knowledge of project management principles
