What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions
- Handle liability injury claims, including coverage, liability, and damage concerns
- Make coverage determinations and conduct complex investigative work
- Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims with insureds and claimants
- Actively participate in shaping company culture through engagement in employee resource groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-5 years of claims experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in casualty adjuster experience
- High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the property and casualty insurance industry
- Must hold an Adjuster's license for all applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of employment
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings and other in-person engagements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience handling commercial claims
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proven ability to contribute positively to company culture
