      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer, negotiate, and terminate contracts in accordance with company policies and customer specifications
      - Conduct proposal preparation and contract administration while maintaining customer contact activities
      - Examine estimates of material, services, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy
      - Prepare bids and reports, advising management on contractual rights and obligations
      - Coach and mentor lower-level specialists, managing projects and processes as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or equivalent experience
      - Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience or Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years of experience
      - Ability to work independently under limited supervision
      - Strong communication skills to interact with senior internal and external customers
      - Knowledge of contract negotiation and administration processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management and process improvement
      - Familiarity with healthcare technology and global health challenges
      - Advanced degree in a related field
      - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
      - Previous mentoring or coaching experience
