What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Draft, redline, and administer complex contracts to maintain clarity and data integrity
- Lead proposal preparation and negotiations to achieve beneficial outcomes for customers
- Prepare bids and analyze data to inform management on contractual obligations and performance trends
- Collaborate with legal partners to ensure adherence to corporate standards and continuous improvement of contract language
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Conga, Icertis)
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a background in negotiating complex contracts
- Experience in sales, marketing, or purchasing within the healthcare sector
