      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver high-level technical expertise and support to sales territories in the USA
      - Develop and deliver technical training and educational materials for internal teams and external stakeholders
      - Monitor disease trends and customer feedback to guide product improvement and innovation
      - Design and execute field trials and clinical studies for new or existing products
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and poultry organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
      - Specialization in poultry health; a postgraduate program in poultry health is preferred
      - Minimum of three to five years of experience in poultry technical services or hatchery management
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Must be willing to travel at least 60% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in hatchery health management and understanding of chick quality metrics
      - Familiarity with incubation biology and disease prevention strategies
