What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead critical projects to improve the customer survey feedback program
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization, particularly in IT, to deliver project outcomes on time and on budget
- Understand the current global customer experience and continuously iterate and improve the customer feedback program
- Complete analyses to support project results, including sample size estimations and impact assessments
- Liaise with global colleagues across functions to detail customer-facing business processes and facilitate customer feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven success in concluding projects within a matrixed organization
- Over 2 years of project management experience
- Proficiency with IT systems and platforms
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies
- Coding experience in Python or SQL
- Familiarity with Enterprise Feedback Management systems and processes
- Past experience in a comparable role
