      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customer-facing initiatives to promote mutual success plans and measurable engagement strategies
      - Serve as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and defined success outcomes
      - Drive the adoption of products, leveraging data insights to track customer progress and maturity
      - Identify customer risks and collaborate on action plans to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Share industry trends and innovative solutions to help customers advance their digital maturity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service and Digital Marketing
      - Proven track record in driving customer success and delivering measurable business value
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conflict resolution and partnership cultivation
      - Exceptional organizational and presentation skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing knowledge of software in the digital marketing and digital media space, including data platforms and content management
      - Experience in program management and inspiring change across large organizations
      - Familiarity with leading executive-level discussions and presentations
