What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field questions and direct clients to appropriate support resources, ensuring they understand the employer's products
- Maintain and build relationships with dealership management, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor
- Assess dealership risk factors and identify strategies to ensure the success of employer applications
- Prepare client-specific reports and presentations to educate and drive growth within the client's organization
- Mentor and train junior staff on best practices and client recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience in a B2B environment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the dealership
- Knowledge of dealership operations and familiarity with the automotive industry
- Proficient in using Salesforce; CX platform experience is a bonus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the employer's organizational structure, solutions, and service models
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry
- Some knowledge of automotive areas, dealership workflows, and technology industries
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 5+ years of retail automotive experience preferred
