      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field questions and direct clients to appropriate support resources while assisting them in defining their strategy around CDK solutions
      - Maintain and build relationships with dealership management, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor
      - Assess dealership risk factors and identify strategies for risk mitigation to ensure the success of CDK applications
      - Prepare client-specific reports and presentations to educate clients and drive growth within their organizations
      - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and create prospecting opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience in a B2B or account management role within a similar industry
      - Ability to work and influence across all levels of the dealership
      - Knowledge of CDK applications and familiarity with the automotive industry
      - Proficient in using SalesForce; familiarity with CX platforms is a bonus
      - High school diploma with the ability to travel up to 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of retail automotive experience
      - Understanding of CDK's organizational structure, solutions, implementation, and service models
      - SaaS experience preferred but not required
      - Experience using a CX platform
      - BA/BS degree preferred
