      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field questions and direct clients to appropriate support resources while assisting them in defining their strategies around employer solutions
      - Maintain and build relationships with dealership management, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor
      - Assess dealership risk factors and identify strategies for risk mitigation to ensure the success of employer applications
      - Prepare client-specific reports and presentations to educate and drive growth within client organizations
      - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and create prospecting opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience in a B2B or account management role within a similar industry
      - Ability to travel up to 50%
      - Strong knowledge of employer applications and business strategies, along with familiarity with the automotive industry
      - Proficient in using SalesForce; familiarity with CX platforms is a plus
      - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of employer's organizational structure, solutions, implementation, and service models
      - SaaS experience is preferred but not required
      - Experience using a customer experience (CX) platform
      - Knowledge of automotive areas such as front-end operations, parts and service, and accounting
      - 5+ years of retail automotive experience is preferred
