      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead executive communications with customers and develop renewal strategies based on data-driven decisions
      - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales partners to drive large renewal negotiations
      - Maintain an accurate forecast for upcoming renewals and communicate renewal risks
      - Negotiate contracts to maximize value and retention rates while preparing renewal proposals
      - Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members, promoting best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Customer Success, or Account Management within SaaS
      - Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing complex contracts
      - Proven ability to influence and navigate objections to achieve win/win outcomes
      - Familiarity with project management methodologies relevant to managing the renewal cycle
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

      - Proven track record of building robust stakeholder partnerships within the Enterprise segment
