What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement predictive models to forecast customer behavior and business outcomes
- Utilize AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for insights generation and reporting
- Manage the full analytics project lifecycle, from data extraction to visualization
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and finance experts to ensure analytics solutions are actionable
- Analyze pharmacy claims and market data to identify performance issues and recommend improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in predictive modeling
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience applying AI and LLMs to solve business problems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data science workflows
- Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
