      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Finance Department point person for assigned service line management teams, providing ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis
      - Maintain the Health System's cost accounting system, ensuring accurate allocation of department costs and patient accounts
      - Assist in the annual operating budget process, serving as the main contact for assigned hospitals and facilities
      - Research trends and variances, making recommendations to senior management for actionable improvements
      - Create monthly department flexible budgets to monitor financial and staffing results against volume-adjusted expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Four (4) years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, preferably in a hospital setting
      - Experience with a hospital decision support system (such as EPSi)
      - Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen
      - Exceptional attention to detail and inquisitive demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
